This is a productivity tool that will let you create presentations directly from Excel. These utilities will help copy contents from hundreds of Excel sheets at one time. These could be a whole set of tables and charts. The user has complete control over the process so that he is able to create whatever he wants. This large scale copying and pasting of content can happen to not only presentations but other documents like the Word, Outlook, PDF, Html and image files. The interface is a simple one and just about any user should become comfortable with the tool in a short time. For example, even for a single copy paste operation, rather than usual 4 to 5 steps, this tool offers you a single click operation. This tool is able to automatically identify embedded charts, charts-sheets and named ranges.
The tool provides the user with complete control of pasting content in terms of what to be pasted and in what order as also actual pasting format (whether picture or Excel editable or linked). There are two operating modes offered by the tool and these include an unlimited batch mode and quick pasting of the current selection. Linked tables and charts are automatically updated. You are able to automatically add titles from the utility. Size of the element and its positioning of the objects to be posted can be controlled. If you need to paste data range objects as a named table, that’s possible too. The utility will let you create and edit these data range objects.
